Return Window
You can request a return within 19 days from the date you receive your order (based on the carrier’s delivery scan). Requests made after this window aren’t eligible.
What’s Eligible
We accept returns in these cases:

Defective or damaged items (including carrier damage on arrival).

Non-defective items that are brand-new, unused, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Items showing use/wear, missing original packaging, or damaged after delivery may be refused.
Costs & Labels

Returns: Free return label — we’ll email you a link to download & print a prepaid label. A fixed $8 restocking fee applies per return and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: Allowed — a flat $8 shipping fee applies per exchange shipment.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email support@lfaapparelholdings.us within 19 days of delivery and include:

Order ID

A brief description of the issue

Photos clearly showing the item’s condition (and any defect, if applicable)
We review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved:

We’ll send an RMA and a link to download & print your free return label (for returns).

Returns: a $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: we’ll send an $8 exchange-shipping invoice/link before we ship the replacement.
Please pack securely in the original packaging and drop off the parcel within 7 days of approval.
If rejected: We’ll email the reason.
Exchanges (How It Works)

Tell us the item/variant you’d like instead when you email us.

Pay the $8 exchange-shipping (we’ll send a quick pay link).

We ship the replacement after we receive and verify your return meets eligibility.
Refunds (Timing & Method)
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we issue a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Bank/PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to show.
Important Notes

Returns must be pre-approved; unsolicited packages may be refused.

Late deliveries due to weather/carrier/holidays aren’t grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged.

Use the provided prepaid label; we’re not responsible for parcels sent with other services without tracking.

Keep your Order ID and tracking for reference.
