We run an independent music store. This Promise explains how we handle your information when you shop, browse, or contact us.

What We Collect & Why (Notice at Collection)

We collect only what we need to serve you:

    Why: orders, support, fraud prevention.

  • Shopping Details (Commercial Info): cart, items viewed, order history.
    Why: fulfill orders, returns, analytics, improvements.

  • Device & Usage (Internet/Technical): browser/device, pages visited, referrer, approximate location.
    Why: site functionality, security, analytics.

  • Payments: cardholder name/card details or PayPal ID processed by PayPal.
    Why: complete your purchase. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.

We do not sell personal information. We may “share” limited identifiers/usage data with analytics/ads partners for cross-context advertising; you can opt out.

How We Use Your Info

  • Fulfill orders, provide delivery & returns, and support you.

  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

  • Send marketing only with your permission (unsubscribe anytime).

Payments (No Card Storage)

All checkout is over HTTPS and processed by PayPal (PCI-DSS compliant). Payment data you enter goes directly to the processor; we don’t keep your full card number or CVV. See our Secure Payments page for more detail.
